Can you get unlined?

No, but some men remove the lining themselves (carefully!)
Would this short be good to run in?

Does this suit have a built-in enhancement ring?

This does not have an enhancing ring. Thank you.
Have this in wet look fabric?

No, we do not. We have not had great results with that type of fabric. However, you may add water for a true wet look! (LOL)

I recommend you get one size down to your MEASURED waist

These have an elastic waist band and can be loose. My waist is at the low range of large and above the high range of medium and got both medium and large. The medium is form fitting and looks good on me. I would not go diving with them, though lest you will be wearing them on your knees.
