      I like these but the website wont let me select a size. doesn't say sold out. so these are being advertised with no way purchase. thats like puting an outfit on a model, making him model in front window and saying no those are available for customers. WTF??

      Low Rise mens shorts

      they wear MUCH lower on the body than expected. I typically get Mediums and the pair that I received slip off the waist when I walk, let alone if I have to bend.

      Defnitely low rise

      This is very definitely a low rise, the low in the front is LOW. took a bit to get used to it, but VERY comfortable and I do intend to use it as underwear. The back hides your crack.The relaxed elastic on the waist I think precludes using it as a swimsuit if you plan to go swimming - it might end up by your ankles.
