I am 5ft 6in 140 lbs should I go with a medium because of shrinkage?

This all depends on the look you are wanting, the medium after washing may have a great fit, while the small may have a snugger looks and show off a bit more. We also recommend purchasing 1 first and see how it feels after wash.

The Best Are Back

David and Nelson's new take on the classic Mesh Milano here, Great fit with support for your nuts and plenty of room for your pecker to hang loose. And the mesh gives you breeze, too. In my book, these are the best briefs in the catalog.

My Confidence Is Back...

...All because of these bikinis. I received these recently, and I immediately tried them on. The mesh material feels great against my skin; the cut fits my hips and waist comfortably; the pouch lets my penis hang loosely, allowing room for certain activity. Better fit than before

This Item was not available for a while. Im glad to see it is back!It seems there is a more generous cut in the pouch area, and the fabric seems a bit softer than the original too.
